Battery carriers, pod systems, disposables
CCELL's high-quality batteries have undergone various stringent safety and stability tests, including capacity, short circuit, shock, extrusion and heating tests. In addition, CCELL products meet various standards such as UN38.3, PI967 and SP188. All CCELL battery carriers are manufactured with FDA-approved, high-quality materials under extremely strict safety controls and have received safety certifications from authoritative quality systems such as FDA, RoHs, FCC, CE, UL.
New generation cartridges
The oil permeability of the ceramic core is one of the most important factors of well-functioning cartridges. The use of a unique, patented CCELL ceramic heating formula and high-temperature manufacturing enables the formation of numerous nanoscale pores on the CCELL ceramic heating element, resulting in significantly higher permeability compared to competing products. This means that even the thickest oil can be absorbed quickly, stored stably and vaporized without loss. Compared to the normal TH2 cartridges, the new EVO cartridge series achieves 50% more vapour thanks to optimized ceramic elements. As a result, all cannabinoids are heated evenly and at the same time the production of harmful substances such as aldehydes is reduced by 57%.
